As part of our maintenance contract we provide an engineer on site every month so that we can perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the stability of your IT systems. Also included in our contracts is an unlimited support via phone, remote access, email and on-site so you are covered in every eventuality.
As a Computhai customer you will be assigned an account manager, giving you a single point of contact for all issues and communications. Your account manager is responsible for scheduling periodic IT review meetings, the main purpose of which are to:
- Review our performance and provide a forum for customers to make any suggestions on how we can improve our service.
- Discuss and plan future IT projects.
- Recommendations for improvement; being your outsourced IT department means helping to improve your business efficiency through IT.
